Returns
Contact us within 14 days of delivery and return eligible unused items in original condition within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, worn earrings and personalized pieces may be excluded where legally permitted.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, packaging photos, and clear product photos. We will review the issue and offer an appropriate replacement or refund.
Natural variation
Color, pattern, inclusions, and shape vary in natural stone and are not defects. Material differences beyond the product description remain covered by applicable consumer law.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
